The Clean
All removable parts are taken to our van based tank where they are heat treated with our special eco-friendly solution. While those parts are soaking, the oven is then heated to the optimum temperature and a special low-odour, eco-friendly solution is applied. The rest of the process is then completed by hand. |

What does the hand cleaning comprise?

| Burnt-on carbon deposits are removed from the whole interior of the oven which is then degreased & polished. The clean parts are then replaced and the oven is left sparkling. The door & glass are removed and the glass is degreased, cleaned & polished inside & out. The oven exterior is then degreased & polished. |

What is the cost?

| The prices are set out for specific types of oven; all prices quoted will be the price you pay on the day. We will not inflate the price if your oven is dirtier or takes longer than expected. The only surcharge is a cup of coffee! |

How long will it take? Is there much disruption?
|
A
| The clean usually lasts about 2 hours, a rane or AGA may take up to 3 hours but we will advise you more specifically when we speak to you over the telephone. The timescale will also depend on how dirty the oven is, but any additional unexpected time spent will not be reflected in the price.
The disruption is minimal as there are no pungent chemicals and we supply everything, including the hot water. |

Is it worth the money?

| We are confident that you will be surprised with the results we achieve. Previous customers have expressed their amazement when they have seen the work completed and were assured that the service was more than worth the cost involved. In normal circumstances, your oven would only require another clean after 6 months of use, meaning that the cost to you is minimal when you compare this to the amount of work you would have to put in yourself with off the shelf cleaning products. |

Do you provide any additional services?

| We can replace oven & extractor hood bulbs and also replace extractor hood filter papers. |

Are there any ovens that you cannot clean?
|

| In almost every case we will provide you with top quality service and results. However, there may occasionally be unforeseen circumstances that mean we may not be able to provide you with the service you require. If this is the case, we will let you know as soon as possible and discuss how best to meet your needs. |
